Dear JFK Families,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! I am thrilled to kick off another school year at JFK! I hope our students had a fun summer filled with both rest and adventure. I can’t wait to see their smiling faces again on September 4th!

Please use the days leading up to the first day of school to familiarize yourself with the information found in this handbook. Although many things remain the same as they have in the past, there are several changes to ensure we have a happy and safe school year.

I would like to welcome you to join us on the blacktop at 8:45 for our annual First Day of School celebration! We will have music and bubbles and families can cheer students on as they march into the building for the first day of school! Kindergarten parents are welcome to walk their students into their classrooms, but we ask all other grades to say goodbye on the blacktop.

If you have any questions as you read though this information, please don't hesitate to reach out through email or through Teams.

I'm looking forward to an incredible school year filled with learning and laughter! Please tell your children that I can't wait to see them!
